Supernal is at the forefront of creating emerging mobility solutions that will foster the development of human-centered cities. We are designing a completely new electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft tailored to the mobility needs of future cities. What we do:

The Sr. Brand Specialist is responsible for the planning and execution of digital marketing programs for the Communications & Brand team. This position represents the company online and connects our brand with key collaborators to deliver tangible business results. They work cross-functionally across commercial, engineering and core operations to ensure seamless execution of all digital projects. The role has special focus on building public acceptance for AAM. As a new form of transportation, AAM requires support from diverse stakeholders to successfully implement eVTOL operations within cities. The Sr. Brand Specialist develops public acceptance programs for stakeholders to understand the benefits of AAM and support the industry’s growth.

What you can do:

  • Serve as the brand lead for digital marketing efforts, including website, social media and paid media campaigns
  • Support the ongoing development of industry public acceptance initiatives and related messaging and engagement strategies
  • Lead all aspects of planning activities associated with digital marketing, including budget development, vendor management, content creation and ongoing digital channel analytics
  • Provide strategic insight on which digital channels the brand should activate, and the level of investment required to successfully reach and engage key stakeholder audiences
  • Coordinate quarterly content calendars and facilitate planning exercises with internal and external partners to ensure that digital channels amplify company progress and technology developments
  • Collaborate with Communications & Brand team members to ensure that other marketing efforts (like air shows or other major events) are well represented through digital channels
  • Report results to senior management and identify meaningful KPIs to track digital marketing efficacy relative to overarching business objectives
  • Other duties as assigned

What you can contribute:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience with digital marketing in-house or at an agency in support of a major brand (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive delivery of communication and follow up
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
  • Self-motivated and forward-thinking personality
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams without direct supervisor authority
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency with Martech/Adtech software platforms to manage digital channels

You may also be able to contribute:

  • Aviation and aerospace industry experience desired
  • Project or program management certification desired

The pay range for this position is:
$121,680$170,560 USD
