Supernal provides an inviting open-space workplace designed to foster collaboration, which aligns with one of our core values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.

What we do: 

The Ecosystem Partnerships Manager will develop and implement partnership strategies in key global markets, aligning with the sales objectives and the company’s overall corporate strategy. The role will require developing relationships and driving partnerships with public and private sector entities across various industries to enable the development of the AAM ecosystem in the US and key global markets.

What you can do:

  • Identify, negotiate, and implement partnership opportunities strategies to ensure successful market entry in key global markets and aligned to corporate strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Strategy, and Product, to implement commercialization strategy, aligning partnership initiatives with corporate strategy and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key potential and established partners to develop the ecosystem for AAM
  • Work along-side sales team to co-develop markets and devise joint strategy to deliver value to customer during the sales proposal stage as well as the local implementation phase.
  • Support sales team on active RFIs and RFPs in markets and coordinate all internal stakeholders
  • Manage all aspects of projects (schedule, stakeholders, actions, etc) around a specific market
  • Leverage existing relationships in the space that contribute to the value proposition of Supernal
  • Up to 10% of domestic and international travel
  • Other duties as assigned

What you can contribute:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, technology, urban planning, or related areas required
  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in business development, product marketing, airport/urban planning, or business planning roles (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Knowledge of the AAM industry, its players, and market dynamics, as well as hurdles that need to be solved
  • Understanding of basic eVTOLs business models, use cases, hurdles, and constraints
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive delivery of communication and follow up
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
  • Proficiency with Excel VLOOKUP, pivot tables, MS Office Suite

You may also be able to contribute:

  • Aviation industry experience and/or urban planning background preferred

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.

The pay range for this position is:
$160,550$198,216 USD
