Supernal provides an inviting open-space workplace designed to foster collaboration, which aligns with one of our core values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.

What we do:

As a Sr. Specialist, Market Intelligence & Analysis at Supernal, you will contribute to the development and execution of our corporate strategy. This role requires analytical thinking and a proactive approach, leveraging your background in engineering, business, or economics to support our strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the Business Strategy Manager, the Business Planning Manager, Finance and cross-functional teams to gather data, conduct analysis, and help in the implementation of strategic plans. Your ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly will be crucial in supporting the team's objectives. 

 

What you can do:

  • Support the development and maintenance of Supernal’s Corporate Strategy by conducting research, analysis, and contributing to strategic discussions
  • Analyze market data, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to identify potential opportunities and challenges 
  • Assist in structuring problems and developing frameworks to support strategic decision-making within specific geographic contexts 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across the organization 
  • Serve as a key point of contact between the strategy department and other business units, fostering effective communication and collaboration 
  • Contribute to the creation of clear and concise updates, presentations, and reports to communicate strategic objectives and progress 
  • Monitor the external environment for relevant developments, competitive activities, and technological advancements, providing insights to inform strategic adjustments 
  • Undertake domestic and/or international travel up to 10% as required 
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

What you can contribute:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering (Mechanical, Transportation, Industrial) or a related field required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, market & data analysis, or a similar role within the aviation, mobility, or tech industries 
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate initial insights
  • Solid understanding of market and competitor analysis principles
  • Familiarity with the aviation industry, including key trends and regulatory aspects, is a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data manipulation and presentation development
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

 

You may also be able to contribute:

  • In-house or consulting experience within aviation or aerospace (especially AAM or eVTOLs) sector is highly desirable
  • Expertise in data science or data analytics is strong plus
  • Proactive approach to communication and follow-through
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A bias for action and a results-oriented mindset
  • Developing analytical and modeling skills
  • Ability to build positive working relationships

 

Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.

The pay range for this position is:
$130,000$155,000 USD
